Charming ground floor in the middle of the old town of l’Escala.
Initially it was an old village house. After a comprehensive reform done with great care, a small apartment with a lot of charm was obtained, on the ground floor.
It has a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining-living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a fun little terrace to enjoy alfresco dinners.
The existing stone walls were renovated, as well as the ceiling, exposing some hand-made ceramic tiles that help give the apartment a special touch. The materials, together with the well-studied lighting effects help to create a very welcoming atmosphere.
It is fully furnished and has electric heating.
