Just like in our Project A&M, a lovely family from Germany who approached us to find them a property in l’Escala, a place they visited for summer vacations, being enthusiasts of water sports, our gastronomy, and above all, our climate.

We found the perfect property for them after a few setbacks (they lost the first of the estates we had visited, but in a few days we were able to find the ideal one). It was a beautiful house with a slightly outdated Mediterranean style and smaller than what A&M were looking for. This is where DSEA Home Interiors comes into play. We studied the options and designed a new layout with more spaces for their beautiful family and, above all, updated the concept of home.

It was truly great to have found each other, as we connected very quickly, and the whole process, both the purchase and the subsequent meetings to propose the type of housing we could obtain, was really delightful.

Once the renovation project was fully approved, we got to work to carry it out. We coordinated all aspects of the transformation process, from selecting high-quality materials to supervising the workforce.

Throughout the process, we always maintain open and transparent communication with our clients, keeping them informed about the progress and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded at every stage of the way. Video calls from the construction site to resolve the unforeseen issues that always arise, messages with photos of the latest developments are very effective so that the owners can feel involved in the process at all times, regardless of the distance they are in. Being able to see their snow-covered garden in the middle of winter while you show them how their summer house is growing is a real luxury.

Finally, the moment arrives to reveal the final result: a spectacular, unique, and exclusive home that surpasses all of A&M’s expectations. The house in l’Escala has been transformed into an oasis of style and comfort, where every detail has been carefully considered to reflect the style and personality of its owners.
