Total renovation of a property in poor condition in the middle of the old town of l’Escala. The result was 3 beautiful apartments with their own personality.

On the first floor, with a very low ceiling height, an industrial loft type aesthetic is chosen using iron and glass to characterize the house.
The glass floor on the first floor helps to give a feeling of volume and spaciousness, which together with the white color used as the main color throughout the apartment, gives a feeling of pleasant livability.
